Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. If you would prefer not to order via the website, you can post or fax your order to us or contact us by telephone. Please remember to include your name, delivery address, invoice address, email address and a contact telephone number. Please do not email, post or fax any credit card information as we will obtain this by telephoning you on the contact number you have provided.

We accept most major credit and debit cards via Sagepay. Sage Pay is audited by an independent auditor on a regular basis to ensure that we comply with the latest security standards set out by Visa and MasterCard. If you have processed your order online using the payment pages hosted by Sage Pay, please locate and click on the padlock image which can be found on our payment pages to confirm that your details are collected in a secure environment.

The padlock is located in a different area of the payment page screen depending on the internet browser you are using – it can normally be found in the bottom right hand corner of the screen, at the top of the screen next to (or inside) the address bar or at the very top right hand corner of the screen. This padlock shows that your details are collected using 128 bit SSL technology.

Once you have entered your card details, Sage Pay will securely send these details to the bank to be authorised. This is a completely secure process and we ensure that your details cannot be accessed by a third party.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Please note, all prices displayed on our website are based on approval of credit card payment prior to dispatch of goods.

Also note that product images may not always accurately reflect minor changes made by manufacturers to product graphics, colours or detailing. Where any substantial change is made to the appearance of a product we will always do our best to ensure that our images are updated, but this cannot always be achieved immediately.

Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, off-shore all UK Islands and exports are subject to a higher delivery charge and do not qualify for free delivery. We shall notify you by email before your order is processed if the requested delivery charge is incorrectly selected on your order. We reserve the right to charge the correct delivery charge for your order.

Please ensure you have entered the correct country, delivery address and post code to your order. Errors will result in additional delivery charges to the correct address.

Please call us if you have any special delivery requirements.

Where deliveries are made and there is no one to sign to receive the goods, the goods will be returned to the carrier's nearest depot. We reserve the right to charge for redelivery if you are unable to collect the goods from the depot and you have requested redelivery. We cannot be held responsible for any further delivery charges incurred once the goods have left our premises.

Claims for non-delivery should be notified within 5 days of despatch.
Delivery Schedule We will acknowledge your order by email and aim to deliver within 10 working days if funds are cleared, however this lead time cannot be guaranteed.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You have the option to cancel your backorder if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK, VAT is added at the current rate of VAT on the date of invoice. The tax point date determines the rate of VAT paid.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. Once a debit/credit card has been processed and approved, the card details are electronically shredded from the system.
Guarantee
Any discrepencies, faulty items or breakages in your delivery must be reported within 24 hours.


Your statutory rights are not affected by the terms of our service.

We reserve the right to cancel any order without notice.

Should a warranty call be required on any machine that is still within the manufacturers warranty we will instruct the manufacturers to send an engineer. If this call out is, in the opinion of the service company, not a manufacturing fault we reserve the right to pass on any call out charges or labour costs incurred by such a call on to you, the customer. MBS Wholesale Ltd can be in no way held responsible for any loss of stock or business caused by machine failure or time delay in a service call. If you fail to provide us with either access to your premises or the Product or with the facilities to enable us to carry out our Warranty obligations then we will be entitled to charge you the time and cost of travel to the premises, and if we have to attend more than once for repeat visits we will also be entitled to charge.
Cancelling Orders Unless items are specially ordered, e.g.personalised or bespoke products, you can cancel your order anytime before it has been dispatched by telephoning or emailing us.
Privacy Policy MBS Wholesale Ltd do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. Returns Policy If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of goods to obtain a RETURNS NUMBER and advise us whether you will require a refund or replacement. We will also advise you of how the goods should be returned. We will arrange a refund or replacement for the faulty/damaged item(s) on our receipt of the goods.

If you are unhappy with your order you can return it to us, unused and in it's original packaging within 14 calendar days (from the day after receipt of goods). Personalised goods, special order items and bespoke products cannot be returned. Any goods that require self assembley cannot be returned after they have been assembled. Please contact us a soon as you can to obtain a RETURNS NUMBER. In such a case, delivery must be arranged and paid for by yourself, the customer.

Responsibility for loss or damage while in transit shall be borne by you or for you to dispute with your delivery service providers. We strongly recommend that you use a recorded post or courier service and that the item is insured for it's full replacement value. We cannot process any refunds if we have not received the items back.

All purchases are governed by English Law and your statutory rights are not affected. In addition, customers from the European Union are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at Distance Selling Regulations
